Pricing for air duct cleaning is based primarily on the number of vents and registers in your home, since more vents mean more ductwork, more time, and more equipment use to properly clean to NADCA ACR standards. Homes with up to 10 vents start at $249, 11–20 vents run $349, and larger homes with 20+ vents range from $449 to $499.

A Level 1 chimney inspection is a visual inspection of readily accessible portions of the chimney and costs $149. A Level 2 inspection includes everything in a Level 1 plus a video camera scan of the entire flue interior, which is required after a chimney fire, before a real estate sale, or after any major weather event, and costs $249.

Standard post-fire HVAC decontamination starts at $349 and covers basic smoke and ash removal from ductwork. A full decontamination package, which includes antimicrobial treatment, HEPA filtration upgrades, and a complete insurance documentation package, ranges from $499 to $649 depending on home size and the extent of smoke infiltration.
