All services are performed by trained technicians in accordance with NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) standards where applicable.
All quotes provided via our website, phone, or on-site are free and non-binding until a written service agreement or invoice is signed. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions observed at the time of service, including system size, degree of contamination, accessibility, or scope changes discovered during the job. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.
When you schedule an appointment:
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit cards, checks, and Zelle. We do not require full payment upfront. For larger commercial contracts, payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, notify us within 48 hours of job completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning performed and does not cover pre-existing equipment failures or conditions unrelated to our service.
BH Airduct & Chimney Solutions carries general liability insurance as required by California law. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or equipment failures that are discovered during service. Our liability for any claim arising from service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
For post-wildfire decontamination and other insurance-claim-related services, we provide written documentation including before/after photos, a scope of work, and a detailed invoice. This documentation is provided in good faith for your use with your insurance carrier. We make no representations regarding what your insurance policy will or will not cover.
